İlk kez Karşıyaka Mezarlığına gittim. Deniz’in Yusuf’un Hüseyin’in anılması muhteşem oldu. Üyesi az kalmış 68 Dayanışma Derneği flaması geçtiği yerlerde alkışlandı. Gurur duyduk. CHP liderinin ve CHP gençliğinin katılımı başka bir olaydı. Sloganları önceki yılların ‘sol’ fraksiyonlarınınkinden farklı değildi.

 

Pek çok eski arkadaşla karşılaştık, sanki dün ayrılmış gibi kaynaştık. Huyumuzdur birbirimizi eleştirdiğimiz de olmadı değil.

 

Beni rahatsız eden tavır; THKO’lu arkadaşların, sağcı kesimin ve günümüz liberallerinin Deniz’e yönelik “cuntacı” suçlamasına karşı savunmaya geçerken veya H. Cemal gibi birilerine açık mektup yazarken;” aşağıda imzası olan bizler, baştan sona Deniz’le birlikte olan” diyerek Deniz’i geçmişinden koparan ve daha önce de Deniz İstanbul’daki cuntacı veya Kemalist arkadaşlarından ayrılarak Ankara’ya THKO’yu kurmaya geldi, diyebilmeleriydi.

 

Diyenler kimler, Deniz’in Bursa cezaevinden çıktığı 1970 Eylülü sonundan, 6’ ay yada bir yıl birlikte olduğu arkadaşları.
Samimiyetlerinden kuşkum yok ( ! ) ama yanlışın da yanlış olduğunu söylemek gerekir.

 

Çünkü bu en basitinden bir haksızlıktır. Daha serti de bir geçmişin haksız olarak mal edinilmesidir. Geçmişin haksız olarak kendilerine mal edilmesinin adı ise ağır bir suçun ismidir.

 

Deniz’e liderliğini yapacağı kadroyu ve kitleyi veren İstanbul’daki DÖB kadrosunun nüvesini oluşturan arkadaşlarının, Hukuk Fakültesi 1.Amfiden yaptıkları anti-emperyalist/anti-faşist gençlerin komşu fakülte İktisatta boş olan bir amfide toplanmalarını istemeler ile başlar.

 

Deniz ile tanışılması bu toplantının sonlarına doğru gelmesi ve bu nüve ile tanışması iledir.

 

Deniz kitlesini bekleyen haydi şöyle diyeyim ordusunu bekleyen komutan gibidir. Ve kendisini ve liderliğini kabul ettirir. Çok kez yazdığım gibi; Deniz’in olduğu yerde lider Deniz’dir.

 

Olayların yoğunlaştığı ve DÖB’ün prestijinin yükselmeye başladığı günlere sizler götüreyim ve Zihni Çetiner’in “Ölümü Paylaştılar Ama …” adlı anılarını topladığı kitabından ‘Deniz Gezmiş Lider Seçiliyor’ başlıklı bölümden bir alıntı aktarayım.”(…) Türk Solu dergisinin yazı kurulu odasında, tesadüfen dört kişi bir arada bulunuyordu. Bunlar derginin yazı işler müdürü Bora Gözen –sonraki yıllarda Filistinde bir çatışmada vuruldu ve öldü- Mustafa Gürkan, Mustafa Lütfi Kıyıcı ve bendim. Bora arkadaş “artık bu lider işine bir karar verelim” diyerek, konuyu gündeme getirdi. Bu alınacak karar çok demokratik olmasa bile itirazsız kabul görürdü. Çünkü DÖB, alınan ani kararları benimseyip ve bunları anında hayata geçirmekle tanınırdı. Buna da döbüstik tavır denirdi. Bora Gözen önceden vermiş olduğu kararını onaylatmak için rastgele bir araya gelen bizlere “artık bizim sözcü ve liderimiz Deniz Gezmiş olsun” dedi. Hep birlikte uygun görsek de –fiilen zaten öyle idi- (…) (s.108-109)”

 

Bunları “baştan sona Deniz’le birlikte olan” ( ! ) arkadaşların kulağına küpe olsun diye anımsattım.

 

Yapılacak bir eylem öncesi Ankara’ya gittiğimizde, bizi getiren otobüsü SBF yurdunun kapısına dayar ve yurdun alt salonuna coşkuyla doluşur geldiğimizi haber verirdik arkadaşlara. Deniz’in “DÖB Cumhuriyetinin asil evlatları geldi ! Hey uyanın !” Haykırışı çınlardı bütün yurtta.

 

DÖB’ü yok sayanların yine kulaklarını çınlatmak için Ankara SBF’li militan bir kız arkadaşın, Işık Alamur’un bir iki cümlesini de aktarmak isterim; “DÖB’lüler çok şekerdiler ama bizden çok farklıydılar. Biz çok hanım evladı gibiydik onların yanında. Bayağı gözü kara çocuklardı. Onlardan çok şey öğrendik. Silah onlarla geldi, silahlanmak gerektiğini onlarla anladık.” (Sokak Güzeldir.s.146) Arkadaşlarımızın sokak ortasında öldürüldüğü günlerdi.

 

DÖB o günün şartlarında en militan örgüttür. Eğer FKF ele geçirilemez ise Türkiye devrimci gençliğinin çatısında toplanacağı örgüt DÖB’dür. Bu kararı alan devrimciler de halen sağdır.

 

Deniz’in ve başka örgüt arkadaşları ile cezaevinde bulunduğu dönemlerde, o günün şartlarına göre yapılan Bağımsızlık haftaları, Nato’ya Hayır ! haftaları örgütün kişiye bağlı olmadığının sağlam temellere oturduğunun göstergeleridir.

 

Dönüp dolaşıp bu cuntacılık sorununa gelinmesinin nedenlerinden biri de Can Dündar’ın bu konudaki yazısıdır.

 

Acaba dedirten her etiketlenme, hele belli yaştan sonra insanın zoruna gidiyor. Öğrenci gençlik lideri iken sağcıların Deniz’e yönelttikleri “ermeni dönmesi” suçlaması ile uğraşırdık.

 

Şimdi ise Tv güllerinin cuntacı suçlamaları ile ve Deniz İstanbul’daki cuntacı arkadaşlarından , kemalist arkadaşlarından koparak THKO’yu kurmaya Ankara’ya geldi, diyen THKO’nun nasıl oluştuğunu bilmeyen, bir zamanlar mensubu olduğu örgütün tarihini bilmeyenlerle uğraşmak zorunda kalıyoruz.

 

Devrimci çizginin düz, engellerle karşılaşmayan, ittifaklar aramayan bir çizgi olduğunu düşünmek mümkün müdür. Deniz’in Doğan Avcıoğlu ile görüşüp Uluç Gürkan’ı yazı işler müdürü olarak işe aldırdığını söylersem, bu ne anlama gelir? Siyasette kullanmak kullanılmak karşılıklıdır. Mihri abiye,”İstanbul’da devrimci bir grup var. Senin görüşlerini savunuyorlar.” diyen de Avcıoğludur.

 

Bilinçlenme süreci zaman içersinde bir seyir izler. Unutmayalım başlangıçta Fidel Castro, Hırıstiyan Demokrat Gençliğin lideri idi. Eylem içersinde komünist oldu.

 

Aslolan son duruş, son tavır alıştır, son sözlerdir.
Umarım bu konuda bir daha yazmak zorunda kalmam.
